When ordering through our website you must ensure:
If ordering alcohol you must be over the age of 18.
You must have an acceptable photo ID. This could be a recognised photographic identification card, such as a driving licence, passport, or proof of age card with the PASS Hologram.
Orders must be received by the same person that ordered. The name on the credit/debit card used must match the ID of the receiver on delivery.
CHALLENGE 25 POLICY
We operate challenge 25. If any of our drivers believe that the individual receiving the order is under the age of 25 then the receiver will be asked to produce an acceptable photo ID. IDs that are considered acceptable are recognised photographic identification cards such as a driving licence, passport, or proof of age card with the PASS Hologram. If an ID can not be provided then the receiver will be refused service. If this occurs orders that include made drinks (cocktails) will not be fully refunded as it is the customers responsibility to be able to provide an acceptable ID when purchasing alcohol. Customers will be refunded for the non-made drinks portion of the order.
We maintain the right to refuse service at any time. Service will be immediately refused if:
If we believe the order has been ordered for consumption by under 18s.
If ID can not be presented upon request.
If we believe that the consumer is, or likely to, cause a disturbance, be a public nuisance, or committing a crime.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are final after order completion and refunds are not available. Refunds may be available if the product is faulty, you have received the wrong items or the order is incomplete. Refunds are at the discretion of the employee or line manager.
Once a delivery has been handed over it becomes the consumer's responsibility. We will not replace any accidentally dropped products. Please handle the products with care as most of the products are made from glass.
If an order is cancelled then the consumer will receive a 70% refund. A refund will not be given on portions of orders if they include made drinks (cocktails). The portion of the order that are non-made drinks will still be refunded at 70%.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We do ask for certain details which are only used to be able to provide the service effectively. We will never use your information for non-consented use. You can unsubscribe from any marketing at any time. If you would like your details to be erased after ordering please email us at email@example.com.
Any information we collect will be through the membership or order form. We collect all details entered and these will be stored for service fulfillment, internal records, and may be used for marketing.
We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about webpage traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
